As someone who loves spending time exploring the world's most scenic landscapes, I make it my mission to create portraits that are about more than just the person - these are images with a sense of place and they tell a story about you that a straight portrait just can't match.
When you book a session with WalkerPod Images, you are getting more than just another studio sitting. We go out into the beautiful wonderland of the Blue Mountains and we have a photo adventure! The level of adventure is up to you (although I have yet to climb a cliff face for a photo!) and sessions can be planned* to accommodate any level of fitness.
Basically, your photo shoot will be one that produces images which show your love of the great outdoors. Even if you're not a huge fan of the active lifestyle, there are some truly amazing locations within a stone's throw of a car park - and you still get that outdoors look and feel in the photos!
How to book
The best way to book a session is to contact me through Facebook.
We can set up a time to chat about when you want to have your session as well as any preferred locations. I usually shoot in Katoomba (it's my back yard, after all!), but I'm open to trying out other places*.
As far as the session itself goes, generally speaking it will be something like this: we head out and explore an amazing location, you have a fantastic time and I take some awesome photos of you while you're at it!

Where do we go?
I love shooting in the Upper Blue Mountains because there are so many fantastic places to get great photos. So many people just don't spend a lot of time outdoors and I love sharing my back yard with them.
Check out a selection of images taken in some of the locations we might visit on your shoot. They will give you an feel for the place as well as what colours you can expect in winter.
