This wattlebird was sitting on this plant during a rain-shower. It was hopping all over the place, so I had to be quick with the camera. Out of the fifty of so images, this series of four were the best.
During our stay at Port Douglas, we treated ourselves to a flight out to Lizard Island. The flight took in amazing views of the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest. This image of Lizard was taken as we left, the sun gilding the water perfectly andpuffy clouds hanging low in the sky.
